Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Representative. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, provide support, and ensure a smooth communication flow between clients and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Provide accurate information about deliveries and logistics services
• Track orders and update customers on delivery status

• Work closely with dispatch riders and operations team
