Job Summary:
We are seeking a competent and result-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily logistics operations and ensure efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate will lead the team, manage processes, and ensure smooth coordination of all activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily logistics and delivery operations
• Supervise dispatch riders and customer service team
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages
• Monitor staff performance and improve operational efficiency
• Handle customer issues and resolve high-level complaints
